My experience with Hemel Chevrolet was excellent. When my GMC Sierra was diagnosed by my local mechanic shop in Kalamazoo to have oil in my anti freeze, they recommended Hemel to perform the service. Hemel made the arrangements to have it transported to their service center in Colon. Their communication was excellent, and pricing for repair reasonable. When it was ready for me to pick up, I was met by Todd the owner, and the service manager, and even had the opportunity to speak with Bill who performed the work. Bill showed me the parts that had to be replaced and explained the process for repair. I can easily understand why many travel the distance from Kalamazoo to either buy, or have service at Hemel Chevrolet in Colon, MI. They've earned my trust in what was a great experience.
